공직자윤리법 제7조(등록기간의 연장)

등록기관의 장은 등록의무자(제6조제2항의 퇴직공직자를 포함한다. 이하 제8조ㆍ제10조ㆍ제12조ㆍ제13조 및 제24조에서 같다)가 부득이한 사유로 재산등록(신고를 포함한다. 이하 같다)의 기간 연장을 신청한 경우에 그 사유가 타당하다고 인정할 때에는 재산의 전부 또는 일부에 대한 등록기간을 연장할 수 있다. 이 경우 등록의무자는 연장된 기간 내에 등록을 하여야 한다.
