공직자 등의 병역사항 신고 및 공개에 관한 법률 시행령 제17조(공직선거후보자 등의 병역사항 확인의뢰 및 조사)

① 국회의장이나 관할 선거구선거관리위원회 위원장은 법 제11조제1항에 따라 병역사항의 확인을 의뢰하려면 확인사항 등을 명시한 병역사항확인의뢰서를 병무청장이나 지방병무청장에게 보내야 한다.

② 법 제11조제2항 및 제3항에 따른 조사에 관하여는 제11조제1항 및 제2항을 준용한다.

③ 제2항에 따라 병무청장이나 지방병무청장으로부터 관련자료의 제출등을 요구받은 신고기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 지체 없이 그 요구에 따라야 한다.
