공직자 등의 병역사항 신고 및 공개에 관한 법률 시행령 제11조(신고내용의 확인ㆍ조사 등)

① 병무청장이나 지방병무청장은 법 제6조제1항에 따라 병역사항의 사실 여부에 대한 조사를 하기 위하여 신고의무자 또는 신고기관의 장에게 관련자료나 사실확인서류의 제출 또는 조사에 관한 협조(이하 "관련자료의 제출등"이라 한다)를 요구할 수 있다. 이 경우 병무청장이나 지방병무청장이 신고의무자에게 관련자료의 제출등을 직접 요구한 때에는 소속 신고기관의 장에게 그 사실을 통보하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 병무청장이나 지방병무청장으로부터 관련자료의 제출등을 요구받은 신고의무자는 특별한 사유가 없으면 이를 받은 날부터 7일 이내에 그 요구에 따라야 한다.

③ 제1항에 따라 병무청장이나 지방병무청장으로부터 관련자료의 제출등을 요구받은 신고기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 이를 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 그 요구에 따라야 한다.
