공직자 등의 병역사항 신고 및 공개에 관한 법률 시행령 제15조(병역사항 공개보류자의 병역사항 관리)

① 법 제8조의2제2항에 따른 병역사항 공개보류자의 소속 신고기관의 장은 병역사항 신고업무 담당자를 지정하여 병역사항 공개보류자에 관한 다음 각 호의 사무를 수행하게 하여야 한다.

② 병역사항 공개보류자의 소속 신고기관의 장은 병역사항 공개보류자 현황과 신고내용의 확인결과를 매년 2회 병무청장에게 통보하여야 한다. 이 경우 상반기 확인결과는 7월 15일까지, 하반기 확인결과는 다음 해 2월 15일까지 통보하여야 한다.

③ 병무청장은 병역사항 공개보류자를 관리하는 신고기관의 병역사항 관리에 대하여 그 실태를 확인ㆍ점검할 수 있다.
