공직선거법 제32조(구역의 변경 등)

①제37조(名簿作成)제1항의 선거인명부작성기준일부터 선거일까지의 사이에 선거구의 구역ㆍ행정구역 또는 투표구의 구역이 변경된 경우에도 당해 선거에 관한 한 그 구역은 변경되지 아니한 것으로 본다. <개정 2005.8.4>

②지방자치단체나 그 행정구역의 관할구역의 변경없이 그 명칭만 변경된 경우에는 별표 1ㆍ별표 2ㆍ별표 3 및 제26조(地方議會議員選擧區의 劃定)제2항의 규정에 의한 시ㆍ도조례중 국회의원지역구명ㆍ선거구명 및 그 구역의 행정구역명은 변경된 지방자치단체명이나 행정구역명으로 변경된 것으로 본다. <개정 2005.8.4>
