공직선거법 제165조(무기나 흉기 등의 휴대금지)

①제164조(投票所 등의 秩序維持)제1항의 경우를 제외하고는 누구든지 투표소안에서 무기나 흉기 또는 폭발물을 지닐 수 없다.
