공중화장실 등에 관한 법률 제10조의2(간이화장실)

① 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 전기, 수도, 오수 등의 문제로 공중화장실을 설치하기 어려운 산악, 해변, 하천 주변 등에 간이화장실을 설치할 수 있다.
