공중화장실 등에 관한 법률 제11조(유료화장실)

① 유료화장실을 설치ㆍ운영하려는 법인 또는 개인은 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 신고하여야 한다.

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제1항에 따른 신고를 받은 날부터 10일 이내에 신고수리 여부를 신고인에게 통지하여야 한다. <신설 2020.12.22>

(2) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Si/Gun/Gu시 shall섈 notify노우터^f파이 the^ð더 reporter^r리포터 whether웨^ð더 the^ð더 report^r리포트 is이즈 accepted액셉티드 within위^ð딘 10 days데이즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 date데잇 of어^v브 receiving^r러시^v빙 the^ð더 report^r리포트 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1).

③ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 제2항에서 정한 기간 내에 신고수리 여부 또는 민원 처리 관련 법령에 따른 처리기간의 연장을 신고인에게 통지하지 아니하면 그 기간(민원 처리 관련 법령에 따라 처리기간이 연장 또는 재연장된 경우에는 해당 처리기간을 말한다)이 끝난 날의 다음 날에 신고를 수리한 것으로 본다. <신설 2020.12.22>

④ 유료화장실의 설치ㆍ운영자는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 신고를 수리(제3항에 따라 신고를 수리한 것으로 보는 경우를 포함한다)한 후 15일 이내에 공중이 알 수 있는 위치에 유료화장실임을 나타내는 표지를 부착하여야 한다. <개정 2020.12.22>

(4) The^ð디 installer인스톨러 and앤드 operator아퍼^r레이터 of어^v브 a어 paid페이드 toilet토일릿 shall섈 attach어태치 a어 sign사인 indicating인더케이팅 that^ð댓 it잇 is이즈 a어 paid페이드 toilet토일릿 at앳 a어 location로케이션 where웨어 the^ð더 public퍼블릭 can캔 see시 it잇 within위^ð딘 15 days데이즈 after애^f프터 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Si/Gun/Gu시 accepts액셉츠 the^ð더 report^r리포트 (including인클루딩 cases케이시즈 deemed딤드 accepted액셉티드 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3)).

⑤ 유료화장실의 설치 및 관리 기준에 관하여는 제7조에 따른 공중화장실등의 설치기준 및 제8조에 따른 공중화장실 관리기준을 준용한다. <개정 2020.12.22>

⑥ 제1항부터 제5항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 유료화장실의 신고 요건ㆍ절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 시ㆍ군ㆍ구의 조례로 정한다. <개정 2020.12.22>
