공적자금상환기금법 제1조(목적)

이 법은 「예금자보호법」에 따른 예금보험공사와 「한국자산관리공사 설립 등에 관한 법률」에 따른 한국자산관리공사가 금융구조조정을 위하여 부담한 채무의 원활한 상환(償還)을 위한 공적자금상환기금의 설치 및 그 운용ㆍ관리 등에 필요한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다. <개정 2011.5.19, 2019.11.26>
