공적자금관리 특별법 시행령 제4조(위원회의 소집)

법 제5조제2항에 따라 공적자금관리위원회(이하 "위원회"라 한다)의 위원장이 위원회를 소집하려는 경우에는 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 회의에 부치는 사항을 정하여 회의개최일 7일 전까지 각 위원에게 서면으로 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
