공장 및 광업재단 저당법 제59조(재경매)

① 매수인이 제58조제1항의 기간 내에 법인 설립 신고를 하지 아니하거나 같은 조 제2항의 기간 내에 매각대금을 지급하지 아니하면 집행법원은 직권으로 광업재단의 재경매를 명하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 재경매에 관하여는 「민사집행법」 제138조를 준용한다.
