공장 및 광업재단 저당법 제35조(공장재단에 속한 사실의 등기)

① 등기관은 공장재단에 관하여 소유권보존등기를 하면 그 공장재단 구성물의 등기기록 중 해당 구에 공장재단에 속한다는 사실을 기록하여야 한다. <개정 2012.2.10>
