공인회계사법 제45조(분쟁의 조정)

①공인회계사회는 공인회계사(會計法人을 포함한다. 이하 이 條에서 같다) 상호간 또는 공인회계사와 위촉인(第19條 및 第28條第1項의 規定에 의한 善意의 第3者를 포함한다)사이에 직무상 분쟁이 있는 때에는 당사자의 청구에 의하여 이를 조정한다.

②제1항의 규정에 의한 분쟁의 조정을 위하여 공인회계사회에 분쟁조정위원회를 둔다.

③제2항의 규정에 의한 분쟁조정위원회의 구성, 운영 기타 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
