공인중개사법 시행령 제35조의2(운영위원회)

① 법 제42조의2에 따른 운영위원회(이하 "운영위원회"라 한다)는 공제사업에 관하여 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하며 그 업무집행을 감독한다.

② 운영위원회는 성별을 고려하여 다음 각 호의 사람으로 구성한다. 이 경우 제2호 및 제3호에 해당하는 위원의 수는 전체 위원 수의 3분의 1 미만으로 한다.

③ 제2항제3호 및 제4호에 따른 위원의 임기는 2년으로 하되 1회에 한하여 연임할 수 있으며, 보궐위원의 임기는 전임자 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다.

④ 운영위원회에는 위원장과 부위원장 각각 1명을 두되, 위원장 및 부위원장은 위원 중에서 각각 호선(互選)한다.

(4) The^ð더 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 one원 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 one원 vice^v바이스 chairperson,체어퍼슨 each이치 elected일렉티드 by바이 and앤드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members.멤버즈

⑤ 운영위원회의 위원장은 운영위원회의 회의를 소집하며 그 의장이 된다.

(5) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 shall섈 convene컨^v빈 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 and앤드 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 them.^ð뎀

⑥ 운영위원회의 부위원장은 위원장을 보좌하며, 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 그 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 그 직무를 대행한다.

(6) The^ð더 vice^v바이스 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 shall섈 assist어시스트 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 and앤드 shall섈 act액트 on안 behalf비해^f프 of어^v브 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 when웬 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 is이즈 unable어네이블 to투 perform퍼^f폼 his히즈 or오 her허 duties두티즈 for^f포 an앤 unavoidable어너^v보이더블 reason.^r리즌

⑦ 운영위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 심의사항을 의결한다.

(7) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 all올 its잇츠 members,멤버즈 and앤드 shall섈 decide디사이드 on안 matters매터즈 for^f포 deliberation딜리버^r레이션 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurring컨커^r링 votes^v보우츠 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑧ 운영위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 간사 및 서기를 두되, 간사 및 서기는 공제업무를 담당하는 협회의 직원 중에서 위원장이 임명한다.

(8) The^ð더 steering스티^r링 committee커미티 shall섈 have해^v브 a어 secretary세크^r러테^r리 and앤드 a어 clerk클러크 to투 handle핸들 its잇츠 affairs,어^f페어즈 who후 shall섈 be비 appointed어포인티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 employees엠플로이이즈 of어^v브 the^ð디 Association어소우시에이션 in인 charge차지 of어^v브 mutual뮤추얼 aid에이드 work.워크

⑨ 간사는 회의 때마다 회의록을 작성하여 다음 회의에 보고하고 이를 보관하여야 한다.

(9) The^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 shall섈 prepare프^r리페어 minutes미닛츠 for^f포 each이치 meeting,미팅 report^r리포트 them^ð뎀 at앳 the^ð더 next넥스트 meeting,미팅 and앤드 keep킵 them.^ð뎀

⑩ 제1항부터 제9항까지에 규정된 사항 외에 운영위원회의 운영에 필요한 사항은 운영위원회의 심의를 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
