공인중개사법 시행령 제32조(협회의 보고의무)

①협회는 총회의 의결내용을 지체 없이 국토교통부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>

②협회가 그 시ㆍ도회 또는 지회를 설치할 때에는 그 시ㆍ도회는 시ㆍ도지사에게, 지회는 등록관청에 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2026.8.18>
