Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Public-Interest Corporations, Article 4 (Application for Permission of Establishment)

①공익법인의 설립허가를 받으려는 자(이하 "설립발기인"이라 한다)는 법인설립허가신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 주무관청에 제출해야 한다. <개정 1995.7.6, 2021.1.5>
