Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Public-Interest Corporations, Article 17 (Disposal of Basic Property)

①법 제11조제3항제1호에 따라 기본재산의 매도ㆍ증여ㆍ임대 또는 교환에 관한 허가를 받으려는 경우에는 그 허가신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류를 첨부하여 주무관청에 제출해야 한다. <개정 1993.11.20, 1995.7.6, 2011.8.19, 2016.8.31, 2016.11.29, 2020.12.1>
