Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Establishment and Operation of Public-Interest Corporations, Article 10 (Application for Permission to Amend Articles of Incorporation)

공익법인이 민법 제42조제2항, 동법 제45조제3항, 동법 제46조의 규정에 의하여 정관변경의 허가를 받고자 할 때에는 정관변경허가신청서에 다음 각호의 서류를 첨부하여 주무관청에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 1995.7.6>
