공유재산 및 물품 관리법 제60조(재물조사 등)

① 지방자치단체의 장은 관리하는 물품에 대하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 1년마다 재물조사를 실시하여야 하며, 필요한 경우에는 수시로 재물조사를 할 수 있다. <개정 2021.4.20>
