공유재산 및 물품 관리법 제13조(영구시설물의 축조 금지)

해당 지방자치단체의 장 외의 자는 공유재산에 건물, 도랑ㆍ다리 등의 구조물과 그 밖의 영구시설물을 축조할 수 없다. 다만, 그 공유재산의 사용 및 이용에 지장이 없는 경우로서 대통령령으로 정하는 경우에는 예외로 한다. <개정 2021.4.20>
