공유재산 및 물품 관리법 시행령 제95조(지방자치단체 청사의 면적기준)

1. 지방자치단체의 본청 청사: 지방자치단체의 장의 집무실(비서실과 접견실을 포함한다) 용도로 사용하거나 지방자치단체의 장을 보조ㆍ보좌하는 기관(의회사무기구ㆍ소속기관ㆍ합의제행정기관과 하부행정기관은 제외한다)이 그 업무를 처리하기 위하여 해당 지방자치단체가 소유하거나 사용(임차를 포함한다. 이하 이 항에서 같다)하는 건축물을 말한다.

2. 지방자치단체의 의회 청사: 지방의회(의회사무기구를 포함한다)가 그 업무를 처리하기 위하여 해당 지방자치단체가 소유하거나 사용하는 건축물을 말한다.
