공유재산 및 물품 관리법 시행령 제84조(은닉된 공유재산의 신고에 대한 보상)

① 법 제84조에 따라 신고된 은닉된 공유재산이 지방자치단체로 귀속되는 것이 확정되었을 때에는 그 신고자에 대하여 해당 재산가격의 100분의 10의 범위에서 보상금을 지급한다.

② 제1항의 보상금은 3천만원을 한도로 하여 은닉된 공유재산의 종류별로 그 보상률과 최고금액을 조례로 정한다.

③ 은닉된 공유재산을 신고한 자가 2인 이상인 경우에는 최초의 신고자에게 보상금을 지급한다. 다만, 신고한 면적이 서로 다른 경우 최초의 신고자가 신고한 면적이 아닌 면적에 한정하여 이를 신고한 자에게 보상금을 지급할 수 있다.

④ 제1항의 경우 해당 재산가격의 결정에 관하여는 제27조제1항 및 제2항을 준용한다. <개정 2026.7.21>
