공유재산 및 물품 관리법 시행령 제56조(물품관리사무의 위임 등)

① 지방자치단체의 장은 법 제52조제1항에 따라 2명 이상의 소속 공무원에게 물품의 관리에 관한 사무를 위임하는 경우에는 그 중 1명을 지정하여 물품의 관리에 관한 사무를 총괄ㆍ조정하게 하여야 한다.

② 물품관리관(법 제55조제1항에 따라 물품관리의 사무의 일부를 분장하는 공무원을 포함한다. 이하 같다)은 그가 소속하는 관서의 공무원에게 법 제53조제1항에 따라 물품의 출납 및 보관에 관한 사무(출납명령에 관한 사무는 제외한다)를 위임하거나 법 제54조제1항에 따라 물품의 사용에 관한 사무를 위임할 때에는 지방자치단체의 장이 정하는 바에 따라 하여야 한다.
