공유재산 및 물품 관리법 시행령 제52조의8(지식재산가격의 평정 등)

① 제27조제1항에도 불구하고 지식재산을 처분할 때의 예정가격은 다음 각 호의 방법으로 결정한 금액으로 한다. <개정 2022.1.21>

③ 제1항의 방법으로 예정가격을 결정하기 곤란한 경우에는 유사한 지식재산의 매매실례가격에 따라 결정하며, 유사한 지식재산의 매매실례가격이 없는 경우에는 「국가공무원 등 직무발명의 처분ㆍ관리 및 보상 등에 관한 규정」 제11조제3항 또는 「식물신품종 보호법 시행령」 제17조를 준용하여 예정가격을 결정할 수 있다. <개정 2021.10.19>
