공유재산 및 물품 관리법 시행령 제52조의7(사용허가등이 갱신된 경우의 사용료등 산정기준)

① 법 제43조의9제2항 본문에 따라 사용허가등을 갱신하는 경우 갱신된 사용허가등 기간의 사용료등은 제14조제4항 및 제31조의2에도 불구하고 제52조의4제1항 및 제2항에 따른다.

②법 제43조의9제2항 단서에 따라 사용허가등을 갱신하는 경우의 사용료등은 다음 계산식에 따라 산출한다.갱신하기 직전의 사용료등 × 제1항에 따라 산정한 갱신되는 기간의 사용료등 ÷ 제1항에 따라 산정한 갱신되기 이전 기간의 사용료등
