공유재산 및 물품 관리법 시행령 제44조(교환)

① 법 제39조에 따라 일반재산을 교환할 때에는 국유재산 또는 다른 지방자치단체의 공유재산과 교환하는 경우를 제외하고는 서로 유사한 재산으로서 행정안전부장관이 정하는 기준에 맞는 재산과 교환하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

② 국유재산 또는 다른 지방자치단체의 공유재산과 교환하는 경우를 제외하고는 교환하는 재산 중 한쪽의 가격이 다른 쪽 가격의 4분의 3 미만일 때에는 교환을 해서는 아니 된다.
