Enforcement Decree of the Public Property and Commodities Management Act, Article 19-2 (Establishment of Bids and Qualifications for Participation)

① 법 제27조제2항 본문에 따른 일반입찰과 같은 항 단서에 따른 제한입찰 및 지명입찰은 입찰참가자격이 있는 자 2인 이상이 입찰하여야 성립한다. <개정 2016.7.12, 2018.1.9>

② 지방자치단체의 장은 법 제27조제2항 본문에 따른 일반입찰과 같은 항 단서에 따른 제한입찰 및 지명입찰을 하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 요건을 모두 갖춘 자만을 입찰에 참가하게 해야 한다. <개정 2016.7.12, 2020.12.22>
