공무직위원회 설치 및 운영에 관한 법률 제8조(회의)

① 위원회의 위원장은 위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

② 위원회의 회의는 위원장이 필요하다고 인정하거나 재적위원 3분의 1 이상이 소집을 요구한 때에 소집한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 where웨어 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 deems딤즈 it잇 necessary네서세^r리 or오 at앳 least리스트 one원 third^θ써드 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 in인 office오^f피스 request^r리퀘스트 it.잇

③ 위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 in인 office,오^f피스 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 by바이 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 위원회의 위원장은 상정된 안건과 관련된 행정기관, 공공단체 등 관계 기관ㆍ단체에 소속된 사람 또는 관계 전문가를 회의에 참석하게 하여 의견을 들을 수 있다.
