Public Officials Disaster Compensation Act, Article 36 (Survivors' Pensions for Death in the Line of Duty)

① 순직공무원의 유족에게 심의회의 심의를 거쳐 순직유족연금을 지급한다.

1. 해당 공무원의 사망 당시(퇴직 후 사망한 경우에는 퇴직 당시를 말한다. 이하 이 절에서 같다) 기준소득월액의 38퍼센트에 해당하는 금액
