공무원 재해보상법 시행규칙 제12조의2(역학조사 참석 등)

① 공단은 법 제57조의2제1항에 따른 역학조사(이하 "역학조사"라 한다)를 실시하기 전에 같은 항 각 호에 따른 역학조사 참석자에게 미리 참석 시기와 장소를 통지해야 한다.

② 공단은 역학조사를 실시하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 「고등교육법」 제25조에 따른 연구소 등이나 「산업교육진흥 및 산학연협력촉진에 관한 법률」 제25조에 따른 산학협력단 또는 그 밖에 각종 질병의 발생 및 진단에 관한 전문성을 갖춘 기관ㆍ법인 또는 단체에 역학조사와 관련된 자문을 의뢰할 수 있다.
