공무원임용시험령 제44조(5급 일반승진시험의 합격 결정)

① 5급 일반승진시험의 제1차시험에서는 각 과목 만점의 40퍼센트 이상, 전 과목 총점의 60퍼센트 이상 득점한 사람을 모두 합격자로 결정하고, 제2차시험(제43조제1항 단서에 따라 제1차시험과 제2차시험을 병합하여 실시하는 경우를 포함한다)에서는 각 과목 만점의 40퍼센트 이상 득점한 사람 중에서 시험성적 70퍼센트와 승진후보자 명부상의 평점점수의 30퍼센트의 비율로 합산한 성적이 높은 사람부터 차례로 합격요구인원에 달하기까지 합격자를 결정한다. <개정 2012.6.29>

② 제43조제1항ㆍ제4항 및 제5항에 따른 면접시험 및 최종합격자 결정에 관하여는 제30조제2항 본문 또는 같은 조 제3항을 준용한다. 이 경우 "경력경쟁채용시험등"은 "5급 일반승진시험"으로 본다. <개정 2013.4.22>
