공무원임용시험령 제20조의5(장애인의 선발예정인원 초과합격)

① 시험실시기관의 장은 제2조제1항 단서에 따라 장애인만 응시할 수 있도록 6급 이하 공무원의 공개경쟁채용시험과 4등급 이하 외무공무원의 공개경쟁채용시험(이하 "6급이하공개경쟁채용시험등"이라 한다)을 분리하여 실시한 결과 장애인 및 저소득층 대상 분리시험 외의 시험의 합격자가 받은 점수 이상을 받은 장애인에 대해서는 제25조에도 불구하고 시험실시 단계별로 선발예정인원을 초과하여 합격시킬 수 있다. <개정 2012.6.29>

② 제1항에 따라 장애인을 합격시키는 경우에 그 대상, 합격자 결정방법, 그 밖에 시험 실시에 필요한 사항은 시험실시기관의 장이 정한다.
