공무원 인재개발법 시행령 제41조(국외 유학을 위한 휴직)

임용권자 또는 임용제청권자는 법 제13조에 따라 6개월 이상의 국외훈련을 이수한 후 의무복무기간 중에 있는 공무원에게 「국가공무원법」 제71조제2항제2호에 따라 국외 유학을 위한 휴직을 명하려는 경우에는 인사혁신처장이 정하는 기준에 따라 휴직처리를 하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19>
