공무원 인재개발법 시행령 제25조(교수요원 등의 교육)

① 교육훈련기관의 장은 교수요원으로 임용될 사람 또는 임용된 사람 및 교육운영담당자에게 특별한 사유가 있는 경우를 제외하고는 강의 및 교육운영과 관련된 전문성과 역량을 강화할 수 있도록 전문교육훈련과정을 이수하게 하여야 한다. <개정 2016.2.3>
