공무원 인재개발법 시행령 제11조의2(교육훈련 이수자의 보직관리)

① 각급 행정기관의 장은 특별한 사유가 없으면 교육훈련을 받은 공무원이 교육훈련을 통하여 강화한 역량과 전문성을 충분히 활용할 수 있도록 교육훈련 이수분야와 관련된 분야에 보직하여야 한다. <개정 2016.2.3>

② 각급 행정기관의 장은 6개월 이상의 위탁교육훈련을 실시할 때에는 교육훈련 이수 후에 보직할 직위를 미리 지정하여야 하며, 교육훈련 이수 후에는 특별한 사유가 없으면 그 직위에 보직하여야 한다.
