공무원 인재개발법 시행령 제11조(신규채용자 등의 교육훈련)

① 각급 행정기관의 장은 신규채용된 공무원에 대해서는 해당 직급과 직무분야에 상응하는 기본교육훈련과정을 마치도록 한 후에 보직(補職)하여야 한다. <개정 2012.10.29>

③ 행정기관의 장은 소속 공무원을 5급 공무원으로 승진임용하는 경우에 특별한 사유가 있는 경우를 제외하고는 승진예정 직급에 상응하는 기본교육훈련과정을 마친 사람 중에서 임용하여야 한다. <개정 2012.10.29>

④ 교육훈련기관의 장은 합숙교육 및 이러닝 등을 활용하여 신규채용된 공무원을 국민 전체에 대한 봉사자로서 공직가치를 확립하고 직무수행의 전문성을 갖춘 인재로 개발하며, 이를 위한 교육훈련용 시설을 확보하기 위하여 노력하여야 한다. <신설 2016.2.3>
