공무원연금법 제92조(인사혁신처장의 권한)

① 인사혁신처장은 이 법에 따른 급여와 그 밖에 연금제도를 적정하게 운영하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 연금취급기관의 장 및 요양기관의 장, 그 밖의 관계자에게 다음 각 호의 사항을 요구할 수 있다.

② 인사혁신처장은 이 법에 따른 급여를 적정하게 운영하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정할 때에는 소속 공무원 또는 공단으로 하여금 관련 장소에 출입하여 장부, 서류 또는 그 밖의 물건을 검사하게 할 수 있다.

③ 제2항에 따라 해당 공무원 또는 공단의 직원이 검사를 할 때에는 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 관계인에게 보여 주어야 한다.
