공무원연금법 제67조(기여금)

① 기여금은 공무원으로 임명된 날이 속하는 달부터 퇴직한 날의 전날 또는 사망한 날이 속하는 달까지 월별로 내야 한다. 다만, 기여금 납부기간이 36년을 초과한 사람은 기여금을 내지 아니한다.

② 제1항에 따른 기여금은 기준소득월액의 9퍼센트로 한다. 이 경우 기준소득월액은 공무원 전체의 기준소득월액 평균액의 160퍼센트를 초과할 수 없다.

③ 제25조제3항에 따라 복무기간이 공무원의 재직기간에 산입되는 사람은 공단이 산입을 승인한 날이 속하는 달의 다음 달부터 그 산입기간의 기여금과 같은 금액의 소급기여금을 내야 한다. 이 경우 해당 공무원이 소급기여금의 납부 중 퇴직하거나 사망한 경우에는 퇴직 또는 사망 당시의 기준소득월액을 기준으로 남은 소급기여금을 계산하여 이를 해당 퇴직급여 또는 퇴직유족급여에서 뺀다.

④ 제3항 전단의 경우 해당 공무원이 소급기여금을 일시에 납부하려는 경우에는 납부하려는 달의 해당 월분의 기여금액을 기준으로 남은 소급기여금을 계산하여 일시에 납부할 수 있다.
