공무원연금법 제55조(퇴직유족연금 및 퇴직유족연금부가금 등의 금액)

① 퇴직유족연금은 공무원이거나 공무원이었던 사람이 받을 수 있는 퇴직연금액 또는 조기퇴직연금액의 60퍼센트로 한다. 다만, 퇴직연금 또는 조기퇴직연금을 받을 권리가 있는 사람이 해당 퇴직연금 지급이 시작되는 시점이 되기 전에 사망한 경우(미달연수 5년을 초과하여 사망한 경우에는 미달연수 4년 초과 5년 이내에 사망한 것으로 본다)에는 사망 당시의 조기퇴직연금 상당액의 60퍼센트로 한다.

② 퇴직유족연금부가금은 사망 당시의 퇴직연금일시금에 해당하는 금액의 25퍼센트로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 retirement^r리타이어먼트 survivors'서^v바이^v버즈 annuity어누어티 supplement서플러먼트 shall섈 be비 25 percent퍼센트 of어^v브 the^ð디 amount어마운트 equivalent이퀴^v벌런트 to투 the^ð더 lump-sum럼프-섬 retirement^r리타이어먼트 annuity어누어티 at앳 the^ð더 time타임 of어^v브 death.데^θ스

③ 퇴직유족연금특별부가금은 퇴직 당시의 퇴직연금일시금(퇴직연금공제일시금을 선택한 경우에는 연금을 선택한 기간에 해당하는 퇴직연금일시금을 말한다)에 해당하는 금액의 4분의 1에 다음 비율을 곱한 금액으로 한다.　[36-(제34조제1항에 따라 사망 시까지 퇴직연금 또는 조기퇴직연금을 받을 수 있는 개월 수)] × 1/36
