공무원연금법 제44조(퇴직연금의 수급권 상실)

제43조제1항제5호에 따라 퇴직연금을 받던 사람의 장해 상태가 대통령령으로 정하는 장해 상태에 해당되지 아니하게 되면 그 다음 달부터 그 사유로 인한 퇴직연금은 지급하지 아니한다.
