가. 입주자등의 보통ㆍ평등ㆍ직접ㆍ비밀선거를 통하여 선출

나. 후보자가 2명 이상인 경우: 전체 입주자등의 10분의 1 이상이 투표하고 후보자 중 최다득표자를 선출

라. 다음의 경우에는 입주자대표회의 구성원 과반수의 찬성으로 선출하며, 입주자대표회의 구성원 과반수 찬성으로 선출할 수 없는 경우로서 최다득표자가 2인 이상인 경우에는 추첨으로 선출
