법 제3조의2제4항에 따라 임대주택건설용지를 공급하려는 자(법 제4조제1항 각 호에 해당하는 경우로 한정한다)는 공급가격 등 국토교통부장관이 정하는 기준에 따라 공공주택사업자에게 수의계약의 방법으로 매각하거나 임대할 수 있다. <개정 2021.3.23>
