공공보건의료에 관한 법률 시행령 제5조의3(심의위원회의 운영)

① 심의위원회 위원장은 심의위원회의 회의를 소집하고, 그 의장이 된다.

② 심의위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

③ 심의위원회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 심의위원회에 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 보건복지부의 고위공무원단에 속하는 공무원 중에서 보건복지부장관이 지명한다.

(3) One원 secretary세크^r러테^r리 shall섈 be비 assigned어사인드 to투 the^ð더 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 to투 handle핸들 its잇츠 administrative어드미너스트^r레이티^v브 affairs,어^f페어즈 and앤드 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare웰^f페어 shall섈 designate데저그네잇 the^ð더 secretary세크^r러테^r리 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 belonging빌롱잉 to투 the^ð더 Senior시니어 Executive이그제큐티^v브 Service서^v비스 of어^v브 the^ð더 Ministry미너스트^r리 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare.웰^f페어

④ 심의위원회는 심의를 위하여 필요한 경우에는 관계 공무원 또는 전문가를 회의에 참석하게 하여 의견을 들을 수 있다.

⑤ 제1항부터 제4항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 심의위원회의 운영에 필요한 세부 사항은 심의위원회의 의결을 거쳐 심의위원회 위원장이 정한다.
