공공보건의료에 관한 법률 시행령 제5조의4(분과위원회의 구성ㆍ운영)

① 법 제5조제7항에 따른 분과위원회(이하 이 조에서 "분과위원회"라 한다) 위원장과 위원은 심의위원회위원 중에서 보건복지부장관이 지명한다.

② 분과위원회의 회의는 분과위원회 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(2) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 subcommittee서브커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 subcommittee,서브커미티 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 분과위원회의 구성ㆍ운영에 필요한 세부 사항은 심의위원회의 의결을 거쳐 심의위원회 위원장이 정한다.
