공공단체등 위탁선거에 관한 법률 제81조(선거운동의 중지)

위탁선거에서 후보자등록마감일 현재 등록한 후보자가 1명인 경우 또는 후보자등록마감 후 후보자가 사퇴ㆍ사망하거나 등록이 무효로 되어 후보자가 1명이 된 경우로서 투표를 하지 아니하게 된 때에는 그 사유가 확정된 때부터 이 법에 따른 해당 위탁선거의 선거운동은 중지한다.
