공공단체등 위탁선거에 관한 법률 제78조의2(선거관리경비 산출기준의 보고 등)

① 중앙선거관리위원회는 제78조제4항에 따라 선거관리경비 산출기준을 정한 때에는 지체 없이 그 결과를 국회 소관 상임위원회에 보고하여야 한다.
