공공단체등 위탁선거에 관한 법률 제52조(결선투표 등)

① 결선투표 실시 여부에 관하여는 해당 법령이나 정관등에 따른다.

③ 제1항에 따른 결선투표는 특별한 사정이 없으면 당초 위탁선거에 사용된 선거인명부를 사용한다.

④ 천재지변이나 그 밖의 부득이한 사유로 선거를 실시할 수 없거나 실시하지 못한 때에는 관할위원회가 해당 위탁단체와 협의하여 선거를 연기하여야 한다. 이 경우 처음부터 선거절차를 다시 진행하여야 하고, 선거일만을 다시 정한 때에는 이미 진행된 선거절차에 이어 계속하여야 한다.
