공간정보의 구축 및 관리 등에 관한 법률 제70조(지적정보 전담 관리기구의 설치)

① 국토교통부장관은 지적공부의 효율적인 관리 및 활용을 위하여 지적정보 전담 관리기구를 설치ㆍ운영한다. <개정 2013.3.23>

② 국토교통부장관은 지적공부를 과세나 부동산정책자료 등으로 활용하기 위하여 주민등록전산자료, 가족관계등록전산자료, 부동산등기전산자료 또는 공시지가전산자료 등을 관리하는 기관에 그 자료를 요청할 수 있으며 요청을 받은 관리기관의 장은 특별한 사정이 없으면 그 요청을 따라야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2020.6.9>
