공간정보의 구축 및 관리 등에 관한 법률 시행규칙 제98조(지적공부의 정리방법 등)

① 영 제84조제2항에 따른 토지이동정리 결의서의 작성은 별지 제57호서식에 따라 토지대장ㆍ임야대장 또는 경계점좌표등록부별로 구분하여 작성하되, 토지이동정리 결의서에는 토지이동신청서 또는 도시개발사업 등의 완료신고서 등을 첨부하여야 하며, 소유자정리 결의서의 작성은 별지 제85호서식에 따르되 등기필증, 등기부 등본 또는 그 밖에 토지소유자가 변경되었음을 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여야 한다. 다만, 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 첨부서류에 대한 정보를 확인할 수 있는 경우에는 그 확인으로 첨부서류를 갈음할 수 있다. <개정 2011.4.11>
