Enforcement Rule of the Act on the Establishment, Management, etc. of Spatial Data, Article 52 (Reports on Suspension, Closure, etc. of Surveying Business)

① 법 제48조에 따라 측량업의 휴업 또는 폐업을 하려는 자는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 신고서(전자문서로 된 신고서를 포함한다)에 해당 서류를 첨부하여 영 제35조제1항에 따라 등록한 기관에 제출하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 신고를 받은 기관은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 법인 등기사항증명서(신고인이 법인인 경우만 해당한다)를 확인하여야 한다. <개정 2011.4.11>
